another full time NSman from Infantry unit died on Tuesday morning(ytd). well, not any physical training or illness caused his dead but is during doing chin ups before their breakfast! do u hear/read wrong? No, is CHIN-UPs!!! he has completed six chin ups before he collapse. and they never do any strenuous exercises after they woke up but only chin ups. a very fatal incident while doing chin ups. this is the 3rd military incident in this year. the 1st two incident was a F-T NSman fainted during 2km WALK then died after sending him to hospital. another 1 is Officer Cadet died in Brunei, during training.

so scared.......! if one fine day i just like them sudden die! how sia... even a fit guy like him also can dies on chin ups. what else can happen? like when you poo poo then you died. see... so fatal...=.=" i think time has come then is fated de la no horse run ar...
